Child-Specific Training. In addition to the training required by paragraphs 22 and 23 of this Agreement, KinderCare shall ensure that, as necessary to individual circumstances, each of its child care centers, working with the parent(s), provides Child & Disability-Specific Training to appropriate employees where necessary to afford a child with a disability the full and equal enjoyment of the child care center. I would recommend a kinder care facility to any of my fellow moms.
