5.  As for our experience with the teachers, we will only mention one. Miss Liz is in charge of the 3 yr old classroom. People who work with small children need to have patience and understanding. Miss Liz should not be working with children. We have personally witnessed her being mean to our child on several occasions when we arrived and she hadn't yet realized we were there. As well, when searching for a school we were looking for a muse for our son. Miss Liz, being covered  in tattoos is no muse. Instead of covering them up she flaunts them. These teachers are influencing our children. During our child's most influential years, where their brains grow faster than any other time in their life. This is when they are most open to suggestion. Our child has since come home covered in finger paints, precisely in the areas of the body, emulating Miss Liz's tattoos. Stating "it's like Miss Liz". This is because children imitate what they see.

"Miss Laura's" has been a wonderful second home for my daughter Helena.  Helena was undergoing a rough transition this year, it being the first year she was to be cared for without big sis right by her side.  Laura has made her home feel like a second home for Helena, and she makes nutrition important for the kids which I really like.  She also follows whatever requests nutritionally that I have, and she is super careful.  Helena's big sis has a severe peanut allergy, so Laura makes sure Helena never eats peanuts because she doesn't want to risk a problem when the two girls play in the afternoon.  And I Didn't even have to ask her to do that!! That's great!  Helena is really transitioning well and I think that is because of how Laura is helping it to feel like another home. My older daughter even constantly wants to stay with"Miss Laura." - Laura

I have been taking my 18 month old daughter here for about 3 months. My daughter really enjoys going to "school" as we call it with all her friends. The staff at kindercare are all caring and friendly twords my daughter and make her feel as though they are excited to see her everyday. The staff has always been kind and respectful to me and make feel comfortable leaving my pride and joy there. When i pick her up everyday she is a mess but a mess in the best of ways i know she has had a fun day of learning and trying new things. My daughter has thrived in this program, i have taken her to other daycares but this program has by far been the best. I think some of these reviews are a bit unfair and i would hope any parent who's interested in enrolling their child would go to the facility and meet the staff before making any judgment. I'm a single mom of two beautiful girls and nothing is more important to me then their safety and happiness. I can go to work with piece of mind that my baby is having a fun safe day.

The teachers are very dedicated to the children. They serve babies and children up to 12. The children are divided up into rooms based on age, which is great for safety as well as learning. Each room has everything at eye level for the children, which is very nice. The rooms are very bright and cheerful. The facility has great security, with a key code entry for parents to drop off the children. The parents are welcome to see what is going on with their care by looking into a viewing window and speaking to the staff. http://www.youtube.com/e/eeCahRCgOfI?app=desktop
Australia has a large child care industry,[72] however in many locations (especially in inner-city suburbs of large cities and in rural areas) the availability is limited and the waiting periods can be up to several years.[73] The Australian government's Child Care Subsidy[74] scheme provides generous assistance with child care costs, but this still leaves many families with a large out of pocket expense. The median weekly cost of centre-based long day care in 2013 was approximately A$364[75] which puts it out of the reach of lower income earners.[76]

On receiving a request for a reasonable modification for a child with a disability, KinderCare shall conduct an individualized assessment of the child's needs resulting from his/her disability. This assessment shall include, where appropriate, initiating a discussion with the parent(s) and, at the request of parents or guardians and when necessary authorizations have been given, any professionals (such as educators or health care professionals) who work with children in other contexts to explore what reasonable modification(s) may be available. Following the discussion, KinderCare may:
All this is good for not just the family members immediately involved, but for all the rest of us. Strong families make for a happier and more self-reliant society. Weak or nonexistent families make for a more depressed, indebted, and government-dependent society. And we get more weak families when we subsidize their disintegration through things like socialized child care. Instead, we should create a culture that affirms the importance of self-sustaining families and the parent-child bond.

Developmentally, these child caretakers have shown certain positive associations that affect their future resilience in the face of adversity. Caring for disabled parents raises their sense of responsibility and maturity, increases social and life skills, fosters closer parent-child relationships, and enhances a child’s early sense of purpose. Children caring for sick or disabled parents also experience less anxiety surrounding their parents compared to children who have an additional caregiver for their disabled parent. This is because the children understand more about the illness and feel more in control over the situation.[21]

Learning stories originate from New Zealand as they use a learning model in their curriculum called "Te Whaariki". It highlights children's learning outcomes as 'disposition' which are “situated learning strategies plus motivation-participation repertoires from which a learner recognize, selects, edits, responds to, resists, searches for and constructs learning opportunities” [59][60] http://www.youtube.com/v/eeCahRCgOfI&feature=kp
