I have brought my son to this particular kindercare and I must say the school looks very run down. The teachers are not very nice or comforting to the kids when the parents are not around. I have stood in a room next to where all the kids were and I must say I did not enjoy listening to the way they talk to the kids. Second of all, this particular center does not show me that they are challenging the kids on the educational part. I have taken my son to a different kinder care location and have done SO MUCH MORE than this facility does or probably ever will. AND seems to me that they are more worried about payment than they are about the care of the children here even though we have written contracts with them. I definitely DO NOT recommend this facility to any parent at all!
If you have never seen, held, or cared for a six-week-old baby, the typical earliest time he may be deposited in daycare, you cannot truly understand how helpless and desperately needy such small people are. They are essentially still newborns. All they have known and loved in their life to that point, besides other people’s muted voices, is their mother. She is their bridge to the world, and they cling to her, first in utter dependence, and ideally later to go confidently off into that world because she’s taught them how.
Kitas are typically run by public (i. e. communal) and "free" carriers (such as the churches, other religious organizations, social organizations with a background in the trade unions and profit-orientated corporations), and subsidized by the states (Länder). In this case, the care is open to the general public—e. g. a Protestant or Muslim child may claim a place in a Kita run by the catholic church.

In most cases children are taken care of by their parents, legal guardians, or siblings. In some cases, it is also seen that children care for other children. This informal care includes verbal direction and other explicit training regarding the child's behavior, and is often as simple as "keeping an eye out" for younger siblings. Care facilitated by similar-aged children covers a variety of developmental and psychological effects in both caregivers and charge. This is due to their mental development being in a particular case of not being able to progress as it should be at their age. This care giving role may also be taken on by the child's extended family. Another form of childcare that is on the rise in contrast to familial caregiving is that of center-based child care. In lieu of familial care giving, these responsibilities may be given to paid caretakers, orphanages or foster homes to provide care, housing, and schooling.

The benefits are completely mutual, as well as social: Men live longer, have better overall health and happiness, and earn more and achieve higher career success when they are married. Women are far less likely to be in poverty, are happier, and enjoy better sex, for example. Both are relieved from the economic pressures and loneliness that typically accompany the single life.

The quality of childcare given by a facility is generally indicated by the center's cost of enrollment. If the center charges more for the service, it will generally provide better care to the children. Centers that charge more for their services can provide quality education, more current resources, and nicer facilities. These are all helpful when trying to educate a child academically. A higher standard for teachers, such as requiring a degree in early childhood education or a degree of the like, has shown to result in improved growth in the development of a child. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eeCahRCgOfI&feature=kp
Let me just say that the only reason my children are not in this school anymore is for financial reasons. My son asked me if he could come back. I am very paranoid about where my children go when I am not with them. However with three kids needing childcare....it got really expensive. I love all the teachers and kids there. Maricruz was always amazing and i wish we could've stayed. Ms. Cole was also wonderful and became great friends with all 3 of my children! The school is very convenient for all of my needs and anyone who does send their kids their can feel good about their decision.
In general, the geographic limitations and the diversity in type of daycare providers make child daycare a highly fragmented industry. The largest providers own only a very small share of the market. This leads to frustration for parents who are attempting to find quality child daycare, with 87% of them describing the traditional search for child daycare as "difficult and frustrating".

Hello my name is Nicole and together with my husband we run a very small in home day care. We have a unique program where our babies really grow up and learn together. We start with all new born babies then as they grow so does our daycare. We started as an infant nursery last year, then converted into a toddler nursery and now we are doing pre-school followed by a full preschool program next year. Then we will start over again!

Parents spend a significant amount of time raising their children. These parents nurture and develop their children into being functional members of society. This hard work is not motivated by monetary gain. For centuries it has been assumed that women will stay home and take care of the children while their husbands go out and work. In most cases, the husbands get all the credit for providing for the family. However, the wife who is the homemaker, deserves just as much credit for her care work. Caregivers do not receive monetary compensation and they must pay a 'care-penalty'.

Kind Child is a favorite program of our parents, children, and staff because it helps us bring kindness into our daily interactions. Kind Child focuses on social and emotional development and is one of the core subjects within our monthly curriculum. Our teachers introduce emotional skills every month and focus on important character traits like a Positive Self-Image, Responsibility, and Respect every two months. Our goal is to uplift the emotional well-being of our students and enrich friendships!
